The Information Management Services and Support (IMSS) department provides a wide range of computing support and resources for the Caltech campus, including email and calendar services, research and academic computing, business applications, voice and data networks, information security, and digital media services.
IMSS supports Caltech by providing robust, efficient and secure computing services in a customer-oriented and collaborative environment. Applies advanced technologies to create effective solutions, which meet the evolving needs of Caltech's research, academic, and administrative communities and cultivates and supports a talented workforce in a culture of mutual respect and professionalism.
