Embed Form in Caltech Sites

To embed your Microsoft Form in Caltech sites,

  1. Open your Microsoft Form
  2. Click the Send button in the menu bar
  3. Verify the information about who can respond to the form
  4. Click the embed button to get the embed code

5. Copy the embed code

6. Now go to the Caltech sites (Wagtail) page where you would like to embed the form

7. Add an iFrame widget

8. In the iFrame widget, paste the embed code

9. You can play with the width and height in the embed code to better fit your page.
