Instructions for personal or department printers not managed by IMSS
Submit a ticket for a static IP Address with the following information:
- Subject line- Static IP address request
- Name of Responsible Party (RP) using the IP address/Name of the systems administrator
- Building and Room where the device is connected to CITnet (Caltech Network)
- Phone Number of RP (optional)
- RP's Caltech Email Address (preferably your @caltech.edu email address)
- Desired Hostname to be assigned to the device
- Optional: Mail Exchange Information
